RoofStack Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing or using RoofStack (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
 RoofStack provides digital tools and services to help contractors and roofing professionals manage projects, scheduling, and communications efficiently.

2. Description of Service

RoofStack provides a cloud-based platform for:

  • Managing roofing projects, clients, and schedules
  • Generating and tracking estimates, invoices, and reports
  • Syncing data with integrated tools such as Google Calendar or QuickBooks

We may update or modify these features at any time to improve performance or add new capabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use RoofStack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to upload, share, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
  • Misuse integrations or attempt to extract data without permission

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Account Registration

To access some features, you may need to create an account.
 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
 RoofStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some RoofStack features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment.
 By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account according to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
 All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

RoofStack may adjust pricing or features with advance notice to users.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

RoofStack may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, QuickBooks, or other APIs).
 By connecting these integrations, you authorize RoofStack to access limited data necessary to perform the requested functionality.
 We are not responsible for third-party services’ behavior, outages, or data handling. Please review their privacy and usage policies separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All RoofStack trademarks, logos, design assets, and software are protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of RoofStack without our written permission.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, files, and data you upload to RoofStack.
 By using our platform, you grant RoofStack a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using RoofStack at any time.
 We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or our systems.

Upon termination, your account and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

RoofStack and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Data loss or unauthorized access
  • Third-party integrations or system downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the prior 12 months.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

RoofStack is provided “as is” and “as available.”
 We make no guarantees that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your specific requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify or update these Terms periodically.

 Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
